Yes you can pick up at the Café Tuesday 3PM-5PM or Wednesday 9AM-3PM.

Our meals are crafted with care, fully cooked and ready to be heated. We make comfort foods, just healthier. By eliminating junk and focusing on local and organic ingredients we believe our healthy home-style cooking is the key to health and living your best life. Think of us as a healthy supper club!

Our menu is Gluten free. If you have any other allergies or restrictions, please reach out to me at chef@helpfulfoodie and we will do our best to assist! We do use nuts in our facility.

We only use Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flour. For sweeteners we use local honey and maple!
