The idea for Helpful Foodie came about when I first left the restaurants in the city and moved to Bucks County. I was amazed to find very few options for healthy eating out. At the same time I went to a local farmers market and was amazed at all the beautiful farms providing such high quality produce and proteins. I started talking to friends and family realizing just how difficult it was for them to cook fresh meals every day in this busy word. My mission became clear… to utilize all these beautiful local farms and make healthy meals for people that just needed some extra time. I am blessed to be able to cook for you and your family!
